Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hallo, saya punya printer HP 2130 All In One Series yang sudah cukup beberapa bulan tidak dipakai. Sekarang saat mau dipakai kembali, printer tersebut tidak bisa mencetak dokumen.

Saya sudah mengikuti tutorial di YouTube dengan menginstall ulang driver, menghapus file print spooler, namun tidak ada yang berhasil. Apa bisa dibantu?
