Windows 10 Pro (ver 22H2)

 

Hi. I have had this 2775 since end of 2020 and everything had been fine with the app HP Smart and all. Suddenly a month ago after inserting a new cartridge, the app just went blank when I wanted to change Normal to Draft, and it still does that whenever I want to print an image. I have reinstalled the app and it keeps asking for PIN. Everytime I give the correct PIN from inside the printer, it still refuses to complete the app setup. Anyone had the same problem? How to fix this? Thanks.

Try to install the next driver for your printer:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/DJ2700/HPEasyStart_Deskjet_2700.exe

Thanks for your reply. I tried it, but it still shows "incorrect PIN" even though I have triple-checked the numbers. Any other way? For now, I uninstalled the app and will try it again.
