My Hp OfficeJet 8015e Printer is stuck on the Startup Screen. what should I do

Hi @CAMILA26 

Please try to do a Power reset on printer.

 

1.  Turn OFF and unplug power cord.

 

2. Leave your printer turned off for 2 minutes.

 

3. Then plug power cord again to a power outlet and then Turn ON your printer.
