Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was having trouble connecting to my wireless HP DeskJet 3755 all-in-one printer, so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. However, when I try to reinstall it, my laptop can't seem to find it when I try to add a printer. HP Smart says the printer is off-line, but the printer itself indicates that it is connected to my Wifi network. The virtual assistant is taking me in circles that don't seem to get me anywhere, and I'm not sure what to do next.

Have you tried to restart the computer so it can attempt to pick up the printer again?
