I am still unable to print document(s) on this device. I am convinced that the problem is my PC Dell WIndows #10. Here is a journal of what has been done to date:
1. Removed all printers, printer drivers, printer packages with printmangement.msc
2. Reset HP Smart
3. Removed all printers from within the Devices menu
4. Allowed windows to find the above printer. HP Smart sees it, it has an IP Address and Installed it will SCAN but not print? Any thoughts? I have learned from the internet that one of the WIndows #10 updates may be a contributing culprit but this is not gospel?
5. If I send a document to this printer from my Dell Windows #11 All good. So I know the printer is working. Seymour
