Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We got a HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format at one of oure customers.
It keeps shooting a blank page out each time it is printing.
It is installed on a printserver - where it is printing from.
It says it is totally updated with the newest firmware.

What to do?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue. Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
