Hi, is there anyone who knows what to do if the printer seems to be working and in the queue it even says "printing" and "finished", however actually nothing happens and it doesn't print. The printer is added and indicated as online, idle in the settings., downloaded HP Easy Start and installed required software but it doesn't print the test page as well, I have recently switched from windows to macOS 13.5; could anyone help me?
