Printer M209dwe - cannot configure it

Hi,

I was sitting about 2 hours trying to configure this printer, but the only things the printer is printing is the "I" information, all the same, that the configuration must be completed.

From the beginning:

I bought this printer a week ago, I installed it using HP SMART and it printed normally 2 custom test pages. Then it stopped printing, after tapping "I" button on the printer it printed that the "Printer setup is incomplete, Your HP+ printer must be set up (...)" etc.

So I tried to add it to HP SMART and there was an error that te printer couldn't be registered and I followed the steps found on the internet - reset the printer to tha factory settings, uninistalled HP SMART, the printer from the "devices and printers" section in Win10, rebootted the PC and tried again. Okay, the printer is visible for the smart, I accepted the name of wifi network, followed the instructions connected with the seting the printer up (loading paper and so on) and then there was a dialog windows which asked me whether I want to participate in the programm of automated delivery of the ink (which I rejected, I don't want to participate). Okay, setup is finished, I tried to print test page and the thing is the orange'ish light on the printer nad flashing "I" icon. Of course after tapping it I get the page that the setup is not finished. As the printer is added to HP Smart app after choosing M207-212 printer I see green tick next to security options and red cross near the text informing me that the configuration is not finished yet. In that case it says that I need to click add printer, after clicking it I see that no printers were found. I can also type in the ip address of the printer but it cannot find it either (even if I know that it is connected to the Internet, because it says so on the printed paper sheet).
I redid the factory reset twice, results are the same.
BTW The printer cannot be even added to the account here in web browser, because after typing in the SN number it says that it is insufficient to search the printer and to type in the model name it I typed: M209, M209dw, M209e, M209dwe and it cannot be added....

Please help me, because the printer is brand new and it cannot print.
