Printer Margins on a PC

Hi. I am trying to change the margin setting to print out a PDF. the PDF is central on the page but prints out with odd sized margins, How can I change this please? 

I have tried to change them in Adobe but they are greyed out

Welcome to the HP User Community.

Margins must be adjusted in the original document while that document is in its original format.

For example, set the Layout > Margins for the document in Word.

Reminder

Printers in this series require a larger margin along the bottom edge:

Print Margin Bottom (A4)	12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)	3 mm

"Centered" margins can be set to no smaller than the largest margin required.

For example,

Open the document in Word

Set all margins in the original document  to 12.7mm or 1/2 inch

Export the document to PDF
