Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

Recently I had a problem with my printer being offline and not wanting to connect to the internet. when i contacted support their first resolution was to move my whole printer within 5 feet of the router. safe to say,  i was not going to do that and Im sure im not the only one.

 

so i went onto the hp website, clicked "help and support",

selected my printer,

clicked on "software, drivers and firmware",

clicked on "instillation software and full basic driver support"

selected " Hp easy start printer setup (offline only)",

downloaded it, ran it, and boom! my printer was back online in a matter of minuets without me even having to get out of my comfy chair.
