Today I switched to a new router and new wi-fi, and my HP Envy is not connecting to it at all. It shows up as "Printer Offline" in the HP Smart app. I tried hiding it, but that didn't work. Now HP Smart doesn't want to connect to it at all because the printer is still "Offline". I tried turning the printer off then back on, and still nothing. I tried virtual assistant to no avail. I'm just simply trying to reconnect my printer to the new wi-fi and simply wanted to find a way to reconnect my printer to the new wi-fi.
