PSC 2400
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,
I have Windows 10 and would like to use my PSC 2400 printer with it. I can't find a driver - what can I do to be able to print with PSC 2400?

Thank you

This old driver MIGHT work:

Operating System(s): Windows 8.x > Windows 10

Full Feature Software V14.0.304.5 W8-W10

What else?

If nothing else, the Windows 10 print drivers, if they are available for the PSC 2400 series, might provide basic print function.

Hi,

I've installed Full Feature Software V14.0.304.5 W8-W10

I am attaching a photo of how far it went. The printer was powered on and the USB cable was connected. But it didn't let me click "Next". Am I doing something wrong or the driver is just not available?

Also, it appears there are no Windows 10 drivers available for PSC 2400.   Are there instructions I could follow in case I am missing something.

Is the only solution buying a new printer?

Disconnect the USB cable between the printer and the computer before installing the software.

Reconnect the cable when instructed to do so (and not before).

Sure, at some point, if the software won't load and you don't wish to use it with only the Windows print drivers, then it is time to replace the printer.  It happens.  Stuff gets old.

I don't see Windows 10 built in driver for psc 2400. I see for psc 2300, pic 2350, psc 2500.
I followed the instructions for installing built in drivers, did Windows Update and the driver for psc 2410 is not there. Any advice?
