When I bought my printer last year, I understood from the box and documentation that my printer would work with my MacBook Pro.  However, while I occasionally can get something to print via Bluetooth, the printer rarely will print - not to mention other functions will not work.  I tried to download a driver from HP, and even when I was on Mojave, I got the message that there was no driver for my computer.  It's really frustrating when HP says a product will work with my computer while there's no driver that allows me to install the computer on my computer.  It's also frustrating when I can't get a live HP person on the phone.

Any suggestions or help?

@Mal-Wen-20, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Assuming that the printer is connected wirelessly to the computer, I'd recommend you add the printer using Airprint drivers-

ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Update printer firmware

Update software on Mac

Remove and add the printer

Click the Apple menu, and then select System Preferences.

Depending on your operating system version, click Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners.

Click the name of your printer, click the Minus sign, and then delete the printer.

Select printer and click the minus sign

Click the Plus sign, and then click Add Printer or Scanner.

Click the Use or Print Using box, and then select AirPrint

Select AirPrint from the Use menu

Click Add to add the printer to the list.

Try to print.

You can download the HP Utility from here- ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-essen...

Keep me posted for further assistance.
