Hello,

 

I followed the instructions sent to me and entered the numbers into the appropriate boxes and Box 51 had the correct digits in it. There was no option to click "OK". The only option to click was "Reset Device". I clicked that button and the error "The printer has rejected the region reset request". 

 

How do I now go about changing the region of my printer?  Thank you.
