Product: Deskjet 4130
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help. We have purchased a second hand Deskjet 4130 printer and after resetting the wifi and connecting to the printer it is asking for SETUP cartridges. We were not supplied these so how can I bypass this?
