I have 2 issues with my printer:

1. It will not print from my computer. My computer says the printer is offline, when it is online. My printer will print from my phone, just not my computer. This has happened every single time I've tried to print. This time re-installing the driver and resetting the printer did not work.

 

2. When printing it pulls several sheets of paper through at once, printing a little bit on each one. I have hardly used this printer in the year that I've had it, this is incredibly annoying.

 

I just want to highlight how absolutely horrible the HP customer service is. I have spent the last 3 hours trying to figure out these issues, you have zero helpful information on your website. Not only that but your own chat robot doesn't work at all. When I click one of her answer options it just says can't help you. When I called your customer service, they told me I had to pay $20 to receive the solutions because my warranty literally expired LAST WEEK.

I have gone through your post and I understand your concerns and frustration

 

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
