Product: Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The priinter screen has become illegible after moving it.  The printer works fine, but the screen is impossible to read.  Will it help to uninstall and reinstall?  How does one get the download to reinstall?  Thank you.

HP Recommended

No, you have a defective screen it goes white and sometimes goes back to normal, you will need to replace the screen, you can find them cheap on eBay
