I received this printer as a gift a few months ago, I don't print often but had so many issues getting this set up that I just gave up on it. Giving it one more try before it goes in the dumpster. It's never printed one page other than the directions when you first turn it on. I set up printers at work all the time, for 20+ years yet I can't figure this one out and there is no customer support to talk with. Any easy directions?

Would suggest to do a wireless reset and try setting up using HP Smart again. Follow these resources:
1. Reset Wireless

After getting it connected, check and update the firmware.
