Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

Hello - I have ben trying for 3 weeks and I am ready to throw out the window

 

I changed wi fi and I am not able to reset my HP Officejet Pro 8035 as it states my printer settings are locked by administrator  How do I change these setting.  I did uninstall the other printer .  OOPS!  I have reinstalled however when I go to Network Setting and try to restore it tells me its been locked by administrator.
