I have completed all of the steps to set up this HP ENVY Inspire printer. The printer is connected and recognized on both my laptop and my smartphone. But I cannot print anything. The document will start to print, and then an error comes up saying "Setup Incomplete: Finish printer setup to enable printing. This printer requires  use of an HP account, enabled web services, and internet connection for setup and use. See the documentation provided with the printer or visit 123.hp.com for setup information." 

I have already completed all of these things. I don't know what else to try.

This is my problem exactly and I’m moderately tech-savvy. I have cold reset, unplugged, installed and uninstalled apps. This is driving me crazy and to have so many required apps and an HP+ account is poor business practice. I’m definitely buying a Brother or Canon after my experience with this machine.
