Was able to print something at the start of the say, then not even 2 mins later ran into issues so i did a factory reset because not even HP print and scan doctor could find it. It was saying everything was okay but when I try to print it give me this error and won't complete the setup now.
I have reset it multiple times. I have unplugged it multiple times.
Error Code: EBS00P0004
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @DC1311,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Error code EBS00P0004 on HP printers typically indicates a problem with the printer's network connection. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue.
- Check the network connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to your network and that the network is functioning properly. Try restarting your router and modem to see if that resolves the issue.
- Check the printer's wireless settings: Make sure that the printer is connected to the correct wireless network and that the network settings are correct. You may need to reset the printer's network settings and reconnect it to the wireless network.
- Update printer firmware: Check for any available firmware updates for your printer model and install them. Firmware updates can sometimes resolve network connectivity issues.
- Restart the printer: Turn the printer off and then back on again to see if that resolves the issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
