Product: HP Photosmart Premium
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a laptop that died  and it wasn't cost effective to fix - however I was able to retrieve the hard drive and place that in an enclosure my question is - is there a location i can grab all the Printer Shortcuts I created for personalization of specific print jobs? Any help would be appreciated as I have a few that did take me ages to setup and unfortunately I didn't know ( and probably should have asked) how to back up for a situation like this.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

The printer default settings will not be saved, you will have it set it up on your computer.
