Printer was working fine, i can see it in the control panel, every time i try to download HP print and scan doctor it gets to the page "Connected printing services" it will not let me click on the accept all button and if i click on manage options then it will not let me click on continue button.

HP print and scan doctor is a diagnostic tool.
Click here to download the driver.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
