Laserjet CP1215

I need a statement of volatility for an HP Laserjet CP1215 - where can I find this information? The manual does not provide this information.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Please refer to page 276 from this document: https://www.laserexpressinc.com/manuals/HP/hp-clj-cp1210-cp1510-service-manual.pdf

It's belongs to the same Printer as your Printer.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Hi Betty - thank you for your response. I saw this manual prior to posting my question, but the Certificate of Volatility calls out the HP Color LaserJet CP1510 Series Printers specifically and not the HP Color LaserJet CP1210 Series, which is what the CP1215 (model I need the Certificate of Volatility for) falls under.

You can use the same information. It's the same series. There is no specific certificate for your Printer.
