HP DeskJet 2722 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just inherited a printer without much supporting  documentation.  I printed off a Printer Status Report which lists lots of information each with a reference number but NO WHERE can I find what the information refers to.  Some are obvious but some i have no clue !      For example:  Under HP Instant Ink:

                                                                                        25. 3

                                                                                        26. 3 ...

                                                                                        28. Yes

                                                                                        29.  15

Could this be any more vague?

@suew1029, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP's Printer Status Report (especially on models like the DeskJet 2722) often lists info with reference numbers meant for internal support or service use.

What you can do if you're curious:

Check the HP Smart App or log into your HP Instant Ink dashboard – it shows clear usage info, plan status, and print counts.

Ignore cryptic numbers unless troubleshooting with HP Support—then these reference numbers can be helpful to them.

If you are looking for the printer serial and product number -  Check out this handy guide:

Thanks so much for your response!  I do not have an issue with the printer... I just don't like mysteries!  I will try to get over my curiosity.  🤔
