Using the HP Printer and Scan Doctor regularly to fix issues with my printer, i noticed it keeps giving error on Device Manager when it is scanning. It says the there is no paper in the paper feeder, or wrong size. I have paper in there that is using it. I can print fine with it, but for some reason, the printer scan and doctor thinks i have no paper loaded, or the correct paper. I also cleaned my paper rollers before this so i made sure they are clean. Not sure what is causing this.
I also did the following:
- I uninstalled and reinstalled my Printer on my windows 10 pc.
- I tried different paper, but the issue still persists even with different paper.
The only way to fix it is skip it. I don't want to skip a step in the printer and scan doctor, but i will have to do this if i cannot find the problem that is causing this issue. Please help.
NOTE: I am using A4 8.5X11' which is the recommended paper to use by my printer. Also, please don't mark as spam as i really need help please. Thank you.
