Printer Will Not Boot Past Load Screen

Hi all, my printer won’t load past this screen.  I’ve tried unplugging and restarting but it never gets further than this.

If your HP ENVY Photo 7864 All-In-One Printer is stuck on the "Loading" screen and restarting hasn't resolved the issue, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot.
