I've had it up to the ceiling with my printer. First, it was giving me a printing error for trying to print literally anything that wasn't HP test prints. I then tried updating drivers which wouldn't go through. I then uninstalled/reinstalled the printer and drivers and now my Printer app recognizes my printer but the 'drivers are unavailable', and I can't even make it into Step 3 of installing ANYTHING. It gets hung up with HP Easy Start. My network connection is fine (wireless printer), it's been fine up until a week or two ago. Installing anything just takes me into a massive circle and I don't know what else to do besides throw my printer out the window.

Hello @egrey2020 .
Update the printer firmware: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/oj5200_2143B/OJ5200_2143B.exe
You need to completely delete the printer folder:
Press Windows key + R and type regedit.
In the registers click on File, Export and save it on the desktop, this is in case you delete something important and that way you can recover it.
In the window, go to: HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG
-System
-CurrentControlSet
-Control
-Print
-Then delete the printer folder.
Delete the Hp printer folder from the following paths:
C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files\HP
C:\Program Files (x86)\HP or C:\Program Files (x86)\HP
C:\ProgramData\HP
Rename folder 3 to 3_old in the path below (a reboot may be necessary):
C:\Windows System32.
C:\Windows System32pooldrivers\W32X86.
NOTE: If the folder rejects this action, do the following:
On the keyboard, press the Windows key + R. The Run window will open.
Type net stop spooler, and then press OK.
Rename the folder.
Type net start spooler and then press OK.
Finally reinstall the printer driver and the driver can be downloaded from:
