Product: Hp photosmart C6180 All in one printer

I Havent use my printer fOr a long time, probabably a year or two. Now I am trying to use it since one of my printer is not working any more. When I tried to plug it theres a blue light that shOws, when you open the part for scanning documents (it is close to the glass part) I also se a red light inside but my printer wont turn on. Blue and red light would just show like 10 seconds probably. It would show once you plug the cOrd and would stop after 10 seconds but my  printer wont turn on still. I already did the troubleshooting thing but nothings seems to work.. Any help please. What should I do?

HP Recommended

Forget about your old printer and buy a new one.

If you ever manage to get it to work you will have print quality issues or printhead error or blue error code because your printer is not been in use for a long period.
