Verbinding met wifi

Er verschijnt een QR code en dat gaat niet weg. Printer gaat niet verder naar startscherm en maakt dus geen verbinding met de wifi.

Try uninstalling the printer drivers using the printui  command

un the following app from the command line

printui /s

Remove all references to the HP printer.

Install the new driver and then search for the printer.

Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

If you are out of warranty, you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice. Be sure to identify your product, what the problem is, and ask for videos.
There is also HP smart friend but Copilot is not restricted on answering certain questions.
