HP OfficeJet Pro 8023 All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone, I am struggling to connect to my printer via app. It has been unavailable, I’ve restarted my printer and wife but still. What could be the reason. I’ve updated the software, paper alignment and everything that I could think of. My Wi-Fi is connected on the printer and I have internet connection.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
 

First of all lets try to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer

 

Then tey these steps.

 

Uninstall the HP smart app from your devices.

 

Note: If there are additional printers listed on the HP smart app, they will be deleted)

 

Restore network settings to default settings - Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for 5 seconds and release it. This would erase the old network from the printer and would put the printer in setup mode.

 

Post that, re-download the HP smart app on your phone, open the app, and click on add printer on top. Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to get your printer connected to the network.
