Printer and driver

My computer will not connect to my printer and it says the driver is unavailable

You may need to install Full software driver, please use HP Easy Start to install it:

HP Easy Start driver install

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart/HPS2/HPEasyStart_17_5_11.exe

Thank you! I also have a problem when i go to open the paper tray #2 to change paper and then print something it doesn't work. I have to turn the printer off and on then it will print about 20 minutes later

Ok, thank your for providing printer model name 😊

Then install the next driver for your printer:

• >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/LJ4301-4303/V4_DriveronlyWebpack-56.1.1311-LJ4301...

And then run again HP Easy Start:

• >> HPEasyStart_17_5_11.exe
