Since upgrade to Catalina the printer does not work anymore. Error message tells me HP advice to re-install the driver. The HP utility can not be opened. Removing and reinstalling driver does not work. Even when I go to through Finder to the driver library and remove it there and reinstall from scratch it does not resolve the issue. Even when downloading the drivers again from the HP site it fails. My OS version is 10.15.7. Please help.

- The full-featured software for the printer is now available. You can download and install the software from here.
- Also, try using the HP App to scan. Refer to the document HP Printers - Using the HP App (Mac) for help.
