My HP Deskjet 3750 has gone into Sleep mode. It looked like I had to enable web based setup. I have done that and it will not connect says it cant connect with the Server. I cant work out how to solve this.

Hi @Rachdeb,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Deskjet 3750 is stuck in Sleep mode and you're having trouble waking it up or connecting it to your network, here are some steps you can try:
Physical Check: Make sure all physical connections are secure. Check the power cable, USB cable (if connected), and the network cable (if connected via Ethernet).
Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve connectivity issues.
Wi-Fi Connection: If you're connecting wirelessly, ensure that your printer and your computer or mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Printer Setup: If you're trying to access the printer settings through a web-based setup, ensure that your computer or mobile device is also connected to the same network.
Reset Network Settings: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the network settings or wireless settings. Look for an option to reset the network settings. This will clear any previous network configurations and allow you to set up the connection again from scratch.
Printer Software: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers and software installed on your computer or mobile device. You can usually download these from the HP support website.
Firewall and Security Software: Sometimes, firewall or security software on your computer may block the connection to the printer. Temporarily disable any firewall or security software and try connecting again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
