HP Officejet 7510

I have an HP Officejet 7510.   it is a little over 5 years old.   it has started to shut down automatically and then attempts to restart.  As soon as it attempts to restart, it almost immediately starts to shut down  and then restart.  This continues until the the printer is unplug.  I have unplugged the printer and the power supply from the printer and the outlet.  I have moved the printer to a new outlet.  The process above is so quick that i have difficulty trying to do anything on the control screen.

@ChadE2, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer has power issues and auto-restarts. Let us try these steps:

Unplug the power cable and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and release it. Power on the printer and check.

Try using an alternate power cable if available.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printer Turns Off Unexpectedly or Repeatedly

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
