Hello all,

I just updated the software for my printer and got a message stating that my printer is blocked due to non-HP ink. I used both HP and non-HP ink. I do not understand how I can't seem to find a way to go about it as I need to be able to use my printer..

I understand that your printer is blocked. I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
