Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

OfficeJet Pro 8720 prints a first page that is blurry. Thereafter, the pages are clear. Past postings with this same problem indicate it's an incompatibility issues between HP firmware and hardware. What will HP do to fix this problem?
