HP OfficeJet Pro 9010

Hi, I recently attempted a factory reset which was successful, but from that moment during the initial configuration in the alignment phase, once printing was launched after a few seconds I get an error (83C0000B) and the printer becomes unusable. If I don't start the alignment I can connect the printer to the PC, start cleaning the heads, carry out various diagnoses etc.. It seems like a firmware bug, the problem is that I can't skip this step. I would like to be able to do a hard reset considering that I don't have the ability to use the printer touch. From the web interface I can't do it because it informs me that the printer is busy. I'm waiting, thank you very much.

                  Hello Gabriel9117,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To perform a factory reset on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-In-One Printer, please follow the steps below.

  • Turn on the printer and wait until it is idle.
  • Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
  • Wait for 10 seconds, then press and hold the Resume button and the Wireless button together.
  • While holding the buttons, press the Power button to turn on the printer. Continue holding the Resume and Wireless buttons until the printer's screen turns off.
  • Release the Resume and Wireless buttons.
  • Press the Power button to turn on the printer again. The printer should now be restored to its factory settings.

Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all settings and information from the printer, including network settings and stored faxes. If you need to save any of this information, make sure to back it up before performing the reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

I have solved the situation this way:

  1. Unplug the printer and wait 30 seconds
  2. Reconnect the cable and hold down the power button for 30 seconds (the screen will be black) and the home and back buttons will remain lit
  3. Press the home button and the back button alternately until you access the technical screen and from there do the reflash
