Printer brought from one region to another.

Hello, can anyone help me in finding solutions to my printer's problem.

The thing is I purchased the printer in Saudi Arabia then brought it here in the Philippines.

The cartridges run out so I decided to buy the compatible ink Philippines has.

On the screen it said the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer.

So I did some research and it all point out in changing the Region code of the printer.

I tried for so many times contacting the HP support thru FB and Whatsupp but they just keep on leading me to this site.

I need specific instructions or steps to change the region of my printer. Please I need it badly.

The cartridge was 652 then 680.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
