I've replaced both printer cartridges but I still can't print. The "Following ink cartridge(s) must be replaced." Help, please.

@llco, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

This could be an issue with the replaced ink cartridges or the printer itself. We will have to isolate the issue first. 

 

I would recommend you perform the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and if the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
