Product: HP Smart Tank 5106 All-in-One Printer

I have just bought this printer.

In setting up, I removed a tag off the printer carriage earlier than needed. The carraiage is now stuck, so I cannot fit the print heads. Any help appreciated.

 

I have switched on/off several times - not sure what else to do.
