Printer cartridges getting jammed on right side of rack

I am currently having an issue with my printer. It keeps saying the printer has a paper jam but there is no paper jammed. I started looking into what to do to reset the message. I’ve just noticed that the ink cartridges don’t shift to the center on the rail it’s on. Is there something I can do personally for this? Or should I take this printer in somewhere? The issue code I’m getting everytime I power the printer off and turn it on is: 0x6100004a. This message won’t go away and I feel like it could be an error with those dang cartridges.

If the printer cartridges are still locked and they are not moving then you should use the warranty options and ask HP Support for service the printer.

If your warranty expired, then you may think about taking your printer to recycle, or take to a local repair shop because that happens when a plastic part is broken.
