Bought today, trying to 'claim' printer. Claim code it prints will not work. Tried three (removed web services 1st time) but won't accept. Stating claim code 'not recognized'. Very frustrating given new printer!
I tried the support page following it to the letter.
I tried contacting hp support on twitter but less than helpful suggesting I phone a US NUMBER for help.
Now even if I do get a claim code that does work I've bypassed that page to install drivers etc so don't know how to go back and enter the code!

I also had a issue with entering a postcode but found (after google search) that if I entered a 5 digit number i.e.; 98679 it was accepted.
