Printer compatibility with Vista (32 bit)

My computer runs Windows Vista (32 bit). I needed to buy a new all-in-one printer and purchased the HP Officejet 5255 because it had the features I wanted (print, scan, fax, photos) and the site said it was compatible with my OS.

But when I try to install the printer, I am being told that my system is NOT compatible.

Do I need to return it and find a different model? If so, what model HP printer would give me the features I want?

The printer should work with Windows Vista.
