Hi @Sangimino ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is connected to Wi-Fi but won't print, consider following these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Restart Devices:

    • Restart your printer by pressing the Power button. If it does not turn off, unplug the power cord, wait for a few moments, and then plug it back in.
    • Restart your computer or mobile device.
    • Reset your router by turning it off and then back on.
  2. Check Network Connection:

    • Ensure that your computer or mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer. Check the network settings on your device to confirm.
    • Ensure the Wireless light on your printer is solid blue, indicating a successful connection. If it’s blinking, the printer is not connected to the network.
  3. Network Environment and Signal:

    • Move the printer closer to the router, preferably within 8 meters (26 feet), to ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal.
    • Check for any physical barriers such as walls or electronic devices that may interfere with the Wi-Fi signal.
    • Open a website to ensure your internet connection is working properly. Consider pausing other devices that are streaming to improve the connection.
  4. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode (if Necessary):

  5. Print a Wireless Network Test Report:

    • Use the HP app or printer controls to print a network test report. This report will provide details about your printer's network connection and suggest solutions if any issues are detected.
  6. Additional Steps:

    • Make sure the printer is not connected to a computer with a USB cable, as this can interfere with the Wi-Fi connection.
    • Ensure your router is set to the correct frequency band (2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz) that your printer supports.
    • If the printer appears on the network but is still not printing, restart the printing spooler or check for any print jobs stuck in the queue on your computer.

If the issue persists after trying these solutions, consider checking the HP support website for more specific troubleshooting tips tailored to your printer model.
