Microsoft Windows 11

My HP LaserJet M110we has a good local IP but it fails to communicate to the internet and therefore only prints warning pages.
Why does it need to communicate over the internet?  I pay for ink myself.  I expect it should work without active connection.

i have a feeling ATT must block communication outside the home network. How do i use my printer?

Ok, I deleted the printer and reset the Wifi and setup using a laptop.  It worked.

After doing the same on the mobile, I kept getting failures on the mobile app so I gave up.

That printer model requires a connection to internet and registration with your HP account to complete setup and to be able to print. Without that it print's only the information that printer setup is not completed.

The registration is done.  It simply stopped working.

Nothing changed on the router side, and there isn't any visibility on how to fix the issue.
