Let's make sure the IPv6 is off.
Go the setup menu>Wireless settings>Advanced Settings>IPv6>Off.
Make sure the Printer is added through the TCP/IP method as mentioned above.

Make sure the Printer's Firmware is up to date: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
Also, restore the Printer's network settings and connect it back:
To restore the printer to the original network settings 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Touch Yes.
You may also update the Router's Firmware using its user guide.
