Hello! We just moved offices and I have been trying to set up the same printer we were using to the new office and it will not connect properly. I went through every step provided on the HP Help page but I keep getting the same error message when I get to the step for checking the security of the printer. This is the url I used to do all of the steps, https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4411816-4315131-16 . Please let me know what to do to get it working again. It has been just fine until moving here. Thank you
