Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a lot of problems with this printer. Lately, it’s impossible to update pilots (crash at first step), impossible to print (windows error 0x80004005 and as soon as I try to add my printer to devices my wifi crash !) and HP instant ink is up but my ink cartridge are blocked!!
