My printer cuts off the top and bottom of prints.  Office 365 prints OK, but CorelDraw and Foxit PDF reader output gets cut off.  Print Preview shows a full page being printed, but does not happen.  Also seems to happen only when printing to two sides.

@WWolfe01, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printouts are cut off. It seems like an application-specific issue.

Try using Adobe Reader to print PDF files and check if that helps.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Adobe Reader prints to the edge of the page, FoxIt PDF reader seems to be bounded by 'printer margins'.

This means the printer hardware is working fine and the issue is with the specific app. You may have to contact the app manufacturer for assistance with this issue.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
